Our glass beeswax candle holder is an elegant addition to any of your beeswax candle purchases from our store. Being glass, it does not take away from the aesthetics of the candle, rather it compliments it.

Simple. Elegant. Effective.

Now this is not to say that you need a glass beeswax candle holder because your beeswax candles will drip! Far from it! Because of the high melting point of beeswax, you can rest assured that our beeswax candles will burn drip free, maintaining their shape, all the way to the bottom. We always recommend placing your candles onto a candle holder ONLY for safety.

Every candle when lit, produces heat, as you well know. Once it burns closer to the bottom, the heat naturally intensifies. We suggest using the candle holder, to ensure that your candle is burned on a stable, non-flammable, heat resistant surface. That way, we can sell our candles knowing that we have taken the utmost care and provided safe solutions for you when burning out candles.

Candle Care

Good candle care will ensure the longevity of your beeswax pillar candles.

Candle care for the pillar candles is as follows:

1) To establish a lovely burn pool for your pillar candle, we suggest that the first time you light it, you burn it for 2 hours, and then the second time you light it, burn for 4 hours. Thereafter, you may burn freely.

2) For optimum burn quality, beeswax candles are best burned for long periods of time. Your pillar candle will thrive if you burn for 3 hours or more each time. The approximate burn time for your pillar candle is: 140 hours for the 3XL, 110 hours for the extra large, 90 hours for the large, 70 hours for the medium, 60 hours for the Fleur De Lis and 50 hours for the small.

Good candle care also should be taken for the wick. When extinguishing gently dip the wick into the melted wax pool, and stand it back up again. This will prime it for your next burn. Thereafter, keep the wick trimmed to 6mm before each use.

Candle care for the small beehive candles is as follows. They may be burned freely, and do not need to be prepared as the pillar candles do. They have a burn time of approximately 6 hours. To care for the wick, please dip the wick in the melted wax to extinguish, then stand it back up again. Thereafter, keep the wick trimmed to 6mm before each use.

It is suggested to burn your candles out of direct breeze, for longevity and brightness.

For safety, always burn your candle on a stable, level, non-flammable, heat resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn your candle out of reach of children and pets. Avoid drafts. Never burn candles on or near anything flammable. Handle lit flame with care as wax will become hot.
