Shipping Policy

The shipping policy for Tree House Candles is as follows:

Free standard shipping on orders over $150. 

Processing times:

Our usual processing times are within 2-4 business days, however, during sales and peak times there may be delays in orders being shipped. During these times, please know we will be doing our best to ensure that your orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Australia Wide Shipping:

Standard shipping policy rules apply for shipping in Australia. We use Australia Post, and will process your order as outlined above. We cannot guarantee how long it will take for your package to arrive, and reply solely on Australia Post to deliver accordingly.

International shipping:

We are happy to be able to offer international shipping to most countries. Our shipping policy on international orders is the same, and we will process your order as outlined above.  We cannot guarantee how long it will take for your package to arrive, and reply solely on Australia Post here in Australia, and your local postal service internationally. 

Covid-19 update:

At this time, there seems to be no shipping delays due to covid, and so we will assume standard times for shipping according to where you are, either in Australia or internationally. Again, we cannot guarantee how quickly your package will arrive. We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible, but unfortunately this may not always be the case with uncontrollable delays.
