Shipping Policy

The shipping policy for Tree House Candles is as follows:

Free standard shipping on orders over $100. 

Processing times:

Our usual processing times are within 2-4 business days, however, during sales and peak times there may be delays in orders being shipped. During these times, please know we will be doing our best to ensure that your orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Australia Wide Shipping:

Standard shipping policy rules apply for shipping in Australia. We use Australia Post, and will process your order as outlined above. We cannot guarantee how long it will take for your package to arrive, and rely solely on Australia Post to deliver accordingly.

International shipping:

It is our decision, due to the choice of using local beeswax only, to keep our market solely inside of Australia. We recommend international buyers to shop local also, to support their local beekeepers and businesses.

We require anyone wanting to order from outside Australia to email us first to discuss ordering, and the details of our decision as above, BEFORE we will consider any international orders being made. This can be done via our email: admin@treehousecandles.com.au

Covid-19 update:

At this time, there seems to be no shipping delays due to covid, and so we will assume standard times for shipping according to where you are in Australia.  However, we cannot guarantee how quickly your package will arrive. We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible, but unfortunately this may not always be the case with uncontrollable delays.
